Noelle Smith is a member of the Vision Zero Team at DMOI, serving as the Vision Zero Planner. She previously served at the Prince Georges County Planning Department in Maryland as a Transportation Planner, where her efforts were focused on development review. Noelle was born and raised in Maryland and grew up in Prince Georges County while enjoying the District as her playground. She attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and earned her bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. When Noelle is not working, she enjoys movies, outdoor activities and being a high school track coach at her alma mater.
