Me’chelle Warren is DMOI's Executive Assistant/Office Manager. With more than 15 years as an Executive Business Partner for a variety of executives, Me’chelle’s passion is being of assistance to others and providing exceptional customer service. She has a propensity for resolving customer concerns with a soft hand and warm touch. Me’chelle loves volunteering with various organizations, such as Serve DC, where she is a DC CERT certified volunteer. Prior to joining DMOI, Me’chelle served as a Business Development Liaison and Executive Assistant at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, DB Consulting Group, Inc. and KBR, where she worked alongside attorneys, CEOs, vice presidents and stakeholders. Me’chelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies (Minor in Elementary Education) from Morgan State University. Me’chelle is a Caribbean native and a naturalized U.S. citizen who was raised in Montgomery County, MD and is currently a Ward 5 resident.
