Presley Connor is delighted to merge her passions for effective communication and safe mobility in her role with DMOI. As the Vulnerable Roadway User Communications Manager, Presley manages communications for the DC Highway Safety Office/Vision Zero. Additionally, she oversees several grants related to walking, biking, and micro-mobility within the District. Presley graduated summa cum laude from Freed-Hardeman University (Henderson, Tenn.) in the spring of 2021 with a degree in Communication (emphasis in Public Relations) and a minor in Political Studies. Beyond her work with DMOI, Presley is a dog mom who loves true crime documentaries, naps, and Coca-Cola. She is married to her college sweetheart and currently resides in the Eastern Market area.
